Stopping Coconut

I am going to completely avoid Coconut for one month. I used to eat food made with Coconut during lunch even though I’ve stopped it completely for breakfast.

I ate small amount of stuff made with Coconut today during lunch and I feel some kind of discomfort in stomach after two hours. I found that Coconut is highly rich in Fat and Saturated Fat which I’ve to avoid completely. It is low in Carbohydrates as well.

I am not sure that my problem is related to Coconut but I have to do a trial and error method as advised by my doctor. Hence, I will not eat food made with Coconut for another one month. I will post an update here after one month regarding the health status.
